Business operations and growth professional with 10+ years across equipment retail, SaaS, telecom, transportation, property management and customer support. I connect business needs with practical systems, websites, creative work and operating processes. My current role combines planning with the owner, hands-on IT, AI-assisted application development and daily marketing execution.

Experience
Tap a responsibility or a role to open the details.
Work directly with the owner on a planned regional branch: business planning, site specifications, architectural layout concepts, potential equipment lines and manufacturer partnerships.
Ended external IT support and took over local servers, office networking, printers and workstations. Repaired legacy invoice-email communication, moved staff to company-domain email and deployed the internal ERP on a local open-source server.
Independently design and develop a custom internal ERP using AI-assisted development tools. Build connected workflows for CRM, equipment inventory, rentals, service, parts, contracts and documents; design permissions, records and accounting handoffs.
Audited website charges and enforced co-op entitlements and redesign rights. Secured six months free and reduced the monthly provider fee from US$1,000 to $300. Took ownership of website design, management and hosting.
Personally photograph equipment, create videos and produce bilingual print and digital advertising. Manage creative materials, campaign concepts, product presentation and collateral across channels.
Manage search and social ad campaigns and listings. Review performance to guide budget, targeting and creative decisions. Build inventory feeds for the website, external listings and product catalogs, including multi-image catalog ad workflows.
Coordinated tenant, vendor and property-manager cases, service requests and documentation. Tracked cases from intake to completion and supported process standardization.
Supported Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, licensing and account setup. Coordinated onboarding and troubleshooting, explained technical issues and maintained CRM records.
Coordinated real-time transportation, routing, resource allocation and service adjustments. Managed urgent disruptions while maintaining accurate operational records.
Investigated platform and operational issues, validated case data and documented patterns for product and engineering teams. Supported improvements to recurring processes.
Handled booking, dispute, account and operational-exception cases. Maintained case documentation and tracked resolution across complex customer situations.
Managed enterprise and government accounts, sales, contracts, billing coordination, account adjustments and client relationships.
Supported escalations, technical-support operations, team performance, onboarding and process improvements.
Reviewed claims and supporting documents, validated information and applied policy and processing requirements.

Most people wait for the keys. I found a login sheet on a piece of paper. Then I rebuilt the engine.
When I joined an equipment dealership in Québec on January 26, 2026, my full-time role spanned sales, marketing and operations coordination. My handover was four pages of paper with missing information. Neglected agency-managed services restricted access and delayed basic changes.
I took over office IT, company-domain email and local open-source deployment. I designed and built a custom ERP connecting customers, inventory, rentals, service and documents, and built feeds for our website, listing platforms, shopping catalogs and social product catalogs.
I build the tools, rewrite the infrastructure and clear the path forward.
I enforced co-op entitlements and annual redesign rights. The provider supplied a redesign, but it still did not meet my expectations. The reduced fee is for the provider’s service.
My account; no net savings calculated.
The agency-managed setup limited access and changes to the digital tools the dealership needed.
Requests moved between the provider’s departments, with delays and repeated follow-ups.
I rebuilt the website, took over its management and hosting, and built the inventory system behind it.

Old provider siteMy buildI independently designed, built and now manage this website. Its video hero includes advertising voiceovers in French and English. The old provider website had no English version.
Video-led introduction. French and English advertising voiceovers. Inventory and inquiries.

Friction: legacy dealership and accounting systems could not email invoices directly; staff relied on one shared consumer email account.
What I changed: I repaired the invoice-email paths and moved the team to company-domain email, with clearer ownership and access.

Friction: external support charged per question and left basic troubleshooting waiting for days.
What I changed: I ended the external IT arrangement and took over local servers, office networking, printers, workstations and peripherals.

I moved the internal ERP to a local open-source server and shifted web code and deployment pipelines to free hosting tiers, keeping the public web layer separate.
AI-generated illustrative images, not on-site photographs. Hardware, electricity, backups and maintenance still carry costs; no total-cost comparison is claimed.
The internal inventory I built feeds our website, external listing platforms, shopping catalogs and social product catalogs.
I connected inventory management, website publishing and catalog advertising around the equipment record and its images.

The obstacle was concrete: an inventory export without the direct product-page URLs needed for our catalog advertising workflow.
I asked for an inventory export or catalog feed that included a direct link to each machine.
With no response or acknowledgement, I asked for an update and the right technical contact.
The provider said its automatically generated XML omitted the individual listing URL and could not be modified.
I built the inventory and feed foundation, then carried the listing’s full image set into catalog advertising. Source example: a 2016 backhoe loader, 12 listing photographs.

I created the campaign concepts, layouts and copy across print and social formats, using creative and AI-assisted tools, connecting product promotion with location awareness.

I photograph machines, produce video, bilingual print and digital ads, manage listings and paid search and social campaigns, and adjust budget, targeting and creative priorities based on results.
No quantified return claimed.
I designed and built the Hub to manage the process, treating legacy SEI information as a read-only source of facts.

I designed and built the service workflow connecting shop work, field service, parts and billing around the same work order.
The same work, visible from the shop or the field.
Customer orders, work-order needs and replenishment follow different priorities, but share purchasing and receiving.
Distinguish on hand, available, reserved and on order. Keep the waiting customer or job attached to the request.

I built the contract experience and implemented its information structure and business rules, connecting sales documents with inventory and accounting.
Customer and equipment details, taxes, trade-ins and payment terms.
Reserve equipment through the sale and require the appropriate accounting transfer.
Preview the document, preserve the layout and track signing status.
CRM history, owned machines, ongoing work and documents.
Shop and field work orders, technician time and parts needs.
Reservations, supplier orders, partial receipts and pickup.
Quotes, contracts, rental commitments and payment records.
Attendance, MyHR requests, employee roles and shared information.
Reviewable exports and reconciliation with Acomba.
Synthetic records; these do not certify every live workflow. Module availability and live integration status vary.
I founded Bizznar and built its brand, website and applications myself, using development and AI-assisted tools, drawing on the practical operational problems I had worked to solve.

I built six ERP presets that organize shared modules around each business type. These are product demonstrations, not claims of six separate client deployments.
I designed and built each one myself, from the visual layout and content structure to the browsing experience. Sample brands and content.

Each business type needs a different entry point: product browsing, expertise, atmosphere or a clear practical path. Filter by industry.

I designed and built the website connecting diving, marine life and Rarum’s local community in Legazpi, Albay.

I designed and built the website, including its visual layout, page structure and story-led content.
Let Rarum’s own photography lead. Give each experience and conservation story room beyond the homepage.
I designed and built the experience pages, inquiry flow and supporting content-management tools.
An inquiry should not pretend to be a confirmed booking. Availability and requirements stay with the dive team.

I created this identity study using creative and AI-assisted tools. Ocean, coral and Albay landscape references explore an emblem, social icon and apparel applications.
The live website uses a different wordmark. Design exploration, not proof of manufactured merchandise.

Spreadsheet-based starting points for quotes, invoices, purchase orders, work orders and inspections. An earlier step toward reusable business software.

How I work
I start with the work itself: who needs the information, what happens next and where a handoff can fail. I then design and build the process, interface and content myself, using development, creative and AI-assisted tools.
Map the existing work and find the points where information or ownership gets lost.
Write the requirements, screen behavior, rules and acceptance criteria.
Build with development and AI-assisted tools. Inspect, debug and test realistic scenarios.
Prepare releases, write documentation, hand over the work and implement the next fixes.
Screenshots, test interfaces, concepts and illustrative images are identified throughout. The saved Granby rendering is a planned architectural concept.

Initiative, ownership and delivery
Limitations do not stop me. I build a way forward.
Working directly with the owner, I contribute to branch planning and partner sourcing. I lead marketing, creative production and paid campaigns, and take ownership of infrastructure, websites, inventory feeds and a custom ERP.
